Stiffener Fixture

The fixture provides a platform for the welding torch, oscillator, copper shoes, flux dispenser, operator's control pendant and the oscillator electrical control module. It hangs from the end of the boom and is quick and easy to clamp the copper shoes on either side of the stiffener weld gap before repositioning on the workpiece. In the illustration below, the fixture is clamped to an I-beam, between the flanges of the column, and straddles the stiffener.
